Environmental Weeds

Tasmania has identified more than 80 environmental weeds. Some, such as gorse (Ulex europaeus) have been declared as a "Weed of National Significance". Many property owners are unaware that they are required under the Noxious Weeds Act (1964) to control certain weeds.
